To register and use the toto22 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. toto22 is a platform dedicated to players in Malaysia and our services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following criteria without exception.

• Age limit: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. toto22 has a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any account found to be owned by an underage individual will be terminated immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only ONE active account at toto22. Owning multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. This includes your full name as shown on your MyKad, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for account termination without notice.
• Identity verification (KYC): Toto22 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — including a copy of your MyKad, proof of address, and other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within 7 days may result in account suspension.
• Personal use only: Your toto22 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow anyone else to access your account, nor may you access another person's account.

Your toto22 account is entirely your responsibility. The following terms govern account usage and security — please read and comply with them at all times.

• Password: You are solely responsible for keeping your Toto22 account password confidential. Toto22 will never ask for your password via email, messaging, or Live Chat. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Device security: Always log out of your Toto22 account when using a shared device. Toto22 is not responsible for any unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to secure your account.
• Reporting: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or notice any suspicious activity, contact Toto22's support team via Live Chat immediately. We will take protective action right away.
• Account inactivity: Any account showing no activity (login, deposit, or bet placement) for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. toto22 reserves the right to impose a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 on inactive accounts once the 12-month period has elapsed, until the account balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated.
